The hotel offered a lovely, clean room with great views, and the pool was a relaxing spot after sightseeing. However, it was often crowded, and there were some service hiccups, like the delayed room requests. Overall, a solid choice for a family getaway, but beware of busy areas.

Great place with great amenities like the indoor swimming pool, bar area, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. During my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi number, which I still remember. A tip for next readers, make a breakfast reservation! I'll be back for Christmas.

It was great to unwind in the sauna after a long day out, but the AC in our room was a bit noisy at times. If you're thinking about a visit, definitely don’t miss the delicious breakfast they offer! 😄

Staying here with my three little ones was a blast! The hotel's play area was incredible, keeping them entertained for hours. We also loved the breakfast buffet with plenty of options to fuel up for the day. The staff was really accommodating and made our stay joyful.
For dads, it would be great if the swimming pool had longer hours for families. My kids wished they could splash around more in the evenings.

Unique toy-themed decor engages families. kids can bounce around in the inflatable castle and enjoy the mini-golf arcade. Rooftop restaurant delivers stunning views perfect for evening relaxation.
Noise from nearby train tracks can disrupt sleep, especially in tower two where some rooms face directly onto the rails. Notably, some bathrooms feature an odd glass design compromising privacy. Housekeeping inconsistencies were evident, with missed cleaning sessions leading to less-than-fresh environments. Breakfast offerings could have included better coffee and more variety to match expectations. Additionally, checkout experiences highlighted delays and poor communication regarding room access.

Wonderful family-friendly features
We had a lovely stay for 3 nights in a Family Room. The children absolutely loved the dedicated play areas and the variety of fun activities. The breakfast quality was impressive with freshly baked pastries and good tea options. One area for improvement would be having a more varied breakfast menu, as we noticed the same items each morning.
